Returns & Warranty

Defective Item Return
If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact us within 3 business days upon receipt of the item. We will gladly accept returns for the items and you will get a full refund for any defective items and the return shipping charges from your destination to our warehouse.


Non-defective Item Return
We will accept for any items in new, unused, and undamaged condition within 30 days from confirmed delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition, original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase for a full refund; otherwise, the refund will not be issued. However, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges from your destination to our  warehouse. Please make sure to use an insured, prepaid postal service that provides tracking info, as we will not be able to issue a refund if we do not receive the return item. Once we receive the items back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund after deducting all return shipping costs. Purchases become final sales after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date are no longer eligible for return or refund.


Failed Delivery
Orders that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the you, or you are not available at time of delivery, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges from your destination to our warehouse. Once we receive the items back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund after deducting all return shipping costs.


Refused Delivery
Delivery refused by you, or you decline to pay applicable duties & taxes when it arrives. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges from your  destination to our warehouse. Once we receive the items back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund after deducting all return shipping costs.


Warranty
We will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect We to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
